2 lb. halibut filet
2/3 c. sliced onion
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/3 c. tomato, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. white wine
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dill weed
ground pepper
melted butter

Preheat oven to 350.

Place onion rings on bottom of greased baking dish. Lay fish
fillets on top of onion rings. Combine mushrooms, tomato, green
pepper and spread on top of fish. Combine wine, lemon juice and
dill weed and pour over fish. Top with ground pepper. Drizzle all
with melted butter. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
