6 medium boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 large can deviled ham
1 egg, beaten
cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter
1 - 10 oz. can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven 350.

Remove skin from breasts and pound to flatten. Spread each
piece with one tablespoon ham and roll like a jelly roll. Secure
with toothpics. Dip in egg, then crumbs. Brown in butter
slowly. Arrange in greased baking dish. Put soup and water
in pan where chicken was browned. Heat and stir to blend.
Pour over chicken and bake 45 minutes.
