In a sauce pan add:
1 C. butter
1 C. water
1/4 C. cocoa
Bring these items to a boil, remover from heat. Add
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda

1/2 C. melted butter
1 tsp. water
6 T. milk
4 T. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) bag powdered sugar

Pour into greased 12 x 17 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. at 375.

Icing: Mix together butter, water, milk, cocoa and vanilla. Beat together and add pd. sugar. (In place of icing you can use cool-ship and top with broken candy canes or shaved chocolate, etc.
