1 1/2 lbs. bulk pork sausage
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
9 slices white bread, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown and crumble sausage. Drain and set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, salt and mustard. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate 8 hrs or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350º for 40 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

I make this and the Overnight Caramel French Toast on Christmas Eve so that in the morning, I can just pop them in the oven together and have a yummy Christmas morning breakfast with almost no work!
