1 3 oz package Cream Cheese
1 square unsweetened Chocolate (melted)
2 c. Powdered Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1/2 t. Vanilla
2-4 T. Milk or cream

Directions:
Beat cheese until creamy. Add chocolate, powdered sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix in milk 1 T. at a time until frosting reaches desired thickness. Makes enough to frost two 8 inch cake layers
