Turkey Breasts (chicken breast can be substituted)
Clam Juice (1 bottle)
Salt
Pepper
Ritz Cracker Crumbs
Butter
Olive Oil

Directions:
Pound turkey breast flat with mallet. Marinade 36 hours in clam juice, turning several times. Salt and pepper to taste and roll in cracker crumbs. Saute in equal amounts of butter and olive oil until done.
