Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3lbs Baby Back Ribs
1 tablespoon paprika
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze fresh lime over the ribs or sprinkle Margarita mix on the ribs. Lime is a natural tenderizer.

Combine paprika, garlic salt, celery salt, black pepper and brown sugar in small bowl. Rub over all surfaces of ribs with fingers.

Place ribs in tin foil and seal foil. Bake for 2 hours at 300°F. Turn oven off and let ribs sit in oven for 3-4 hours until ready to grill.

Prepare grill for direct cooking. Prepare Barbecue Sauce; set aside. Either make your own or I used Sweet Baby Rays

Transfer ribs to grill. Grill ribs, on covered grill, over medium coals 10 minutes just to brown them up.

Brush with Barbecue Sauce evenly over both sides of ribs.

Continue to grill, covered, 10 minutes or until ribs are tender and browned. Serve with reserved sauce. Garnish, if desired.
