Hearty Halibut Recipe

2 # Halibut or other fish steaks 3 T pimento
1/3 c thinly sliced onions 2 T lemon juice
1 1/2 c sliced fresh mushrooms 1/4 t dill weed
1.3 c tomato, chopped fresh ground
1/4 c gr pepper, chopped pepper
1/4 c parsley, chopped lemon wedges
1/2 c dry white wine

1. Arrange all onion slices in the bottom of a buttered
baking dish and place fish on top.
2. Combine remaining vegetables and spread over fish
3. Combine wine, lemon juice and seasonings and
pour over fish.
4. Cover and bake at 350 for25-30 minutes or until
fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
5. Serve with lemon wedges.
