3 Cups shredded cook chicken
2 cans (4 oz each) chopped Green Chilies
1 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
3/4 cup Rice (I use Minute rice)
1 Can Each Cream of Chicken & Cream of
1 small onion finely chopped
12 Corn tortillas (Fry tortillas in oil for a few seconds to soften.)
2 Cups cheddar Cheese grated and divided


Combine Chicken, Chilies, Broth, Soups, Onion & Rice, in electric frying pan cook until heated through.
Layer half of the tortillas on bottom of 9x13 pan
Top with 1/2 of chicken mixture and half of cheese
Repeat layers
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncovered
