1 Medium Onion
1/2 c. packed Brown Sugar
2 T. Chili Powder
2 t. Ground Mustard
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 t. Ginger

Combine all ingredients in the food processor, blend together on high until there are no large chunks. Use with pork or chicken.
