Marinated Flank Steak Recipe

cup oil
cup soy sauce
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. pepper
cup wine vinegar
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 pounds flank steaks

Combine all marinade ingredients in double strength plastic bag. Add steak to bag; twist tie and place in pan. Refrigerate overnight. Remove steak from marinade. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side for rare, or 6 to 8 minutes for medium. Cut steak across grain in thin diagonal slices.
