Dissolve 2 pkg. yeast in 3/4 cup warm water with 1 tsp. sugar.
Mix together:
2 cup warm water
1/4 cup shortening (melted)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cup flour
Mix well.
Add yeast mixture and beat well. Add 6 cup more flour and knead till smooth. Let rise until double. Divide dough in half and roll out. Dot dough with butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar and then a topping of brown sugar over cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut each roll in 12 pieces and place in 9x13 cake pans that have the following cooled syrup.

Cinnamon Roll Syrup
3/4 stick butter or margarine
1/2 - 3/4 bag of brown sugar
3-5 Tbsp. milk
Bring to boil and pour into cake pans.

Allow the rolls to rise and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown at

425. Cover the dough with wax paper while rising.
