- 2 lbs - pork spare ribs - cut small

Sauce
- 1/2 cup - Soya sauce
- 1/2 cup - granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup - brown sugar
- 1/2 cup - black tea - ( steep one tea bag for 1 hour)
- 2 tbsp - garlic powder, or minced garlic

Preheat oven 300º F

- boil ribs in water for 1/2 hour to render out some of the fat
- combine sauce ingredients, pour over ribs in a baking pan
- bake covered for 1 1/2 hour's
