1/2 C. shortening
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 C. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 C. flour
4 Tbs cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbs vanilla
2 C. shredded zucchini
1/2 bag gourmet chocolate chips
1/2 C. sour milk (milk with 1 tsp white vinegar)

Cream together the shortening, oil, and sugar in a large bowl.
Add the eggs, sour milk, and vanilla. Mix well. In a separate
bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa, baking soda, and
cinnamon. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet
ingredients. Mix well and then carefully fold in the zucchini. Pour
in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate
chips and bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.
