1 cup apricot or peach preserves
2 cups Dorothy Lynch Dressing
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
chicken (I use 6 skinless chicken breasts or two chickens cut up)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chicken on a chicken sheet and baste with the sauce. Bake until chicken is done, at 375 º, about 45 minutes. Baste as chicken is cooking and then serve chicken over rice.

Kelly makes this recipe now and then and she always uses the juices over the chicken and rice when she serves it. A great Sunday dinner!
