1# Ground Beef
1 med onion, finely chopped
2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
1 t. basil
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg wide egg noodles, cook & drain
1 (10oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, cook & drain
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Brown ground beef & onion. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, basil, sugar, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, parm. cheese and milk in medium bowl, mix until smooth. Lightly spray a large casserole dish (9x13), layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 sour cream mixture, spinach, the other 1/2 sour cream mixture, remaining noodles, remaining sauce. Cover.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, uncover top with grated cheddar and bake uncovered 10-15 minutes more.
