Lemon Squares Recipe

Pie Crust:
2 cups flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter

4 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Mix flour, salt powdered sugar and butter like a pie crust. Pat into a 13x9" pan. Bake 25-28 minutes at 350.

Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice, flour and baking powder together. Pour over baked pie crust and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut.
