6 large potatoes
flour
1 tsp salt
1 lb bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and grind potatoes, add a pinch of salt, add flour (enough to make mixture stick to your hands. Take portions of dough and put some bacon in the centre. Put in a large pot of boiling water, add salt to boiling water and cook for one hour and serve with butter.

Norwegian dumplings. A favorite is to cut up leftovers and fry in a little oil like homemade hashbrowns for breakfast.
