3/4 c. rice, cooked
1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained
1 can (4 1/4 oz) shrimp, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar (4 oz.) pimento
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
dash black pepper
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs and melted butter. Place in a baking dish; top with cracker crumbs mixes with butter. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6-8.
