1 lb ground beef
1/2 c milk
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp minced parsley
3 tbsp butter
1 medium onion minced fine
1/2 green pepper minced fine
1 tsp paprika
4 tbsp flour
4 bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 cups boiling water
1 c sour cream
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper

Combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and parsley in 1 inch balls. Brown in sizzling butter. Remove and add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Saute. Then over this sprinkle paprika and flour. Pour in beef stock and stir until thickens. Blend in sour cream. Return meatballs. Add Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
(2 pounds -- fills small casserole)
