1 cup chopped onions
1 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp Asian sesame oil
1 clove garlic
1 small chicken breast
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 large stalks of bok choy or 1 stalk celery
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp dry sherry
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp hoison sauce
enough angel hair pasta to makes 2 very generous servings
2 scallions

Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in large skillet. Add onion and sauté. Mince garlic, add to onion, and continue cooking. Wash and dry chicken, and cut into small bite sized pieces. Add to onion and continue cooking until chicken is cooked through. Grate ginger and add to skillet, and stir. Add chicken broth, sherry, soy sauce, and hoison sauce. Stir well. Reduce heat and continue cooking for a few minutes.

Cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and stir into chicken mixture until well coated. Season with salt. Serve with sliced scallions sprinkled on top.
