4-5 Lb Brisket, First cut
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 clove garlic, halved
1 cup Sherry
1 cup ketchup
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp potato starch
1 large onion sliced

Directions:
Directions:
combine garlic powder, salt, ginger, pepper, and garlic and rub into meat. Combine sherry, ketchup, and brown sugar. Place meat in an oven bag with 1 tbsp of potato starch. Pour sauce over meat and add onion. Put bag in roasting pan. Make 6 slits in bag, according to the directions on the package. Roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until tender. Strain juices from bag and serve as gravy. Bake at 325 degrees F
