Sherry wine
Chopped pecans or slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the brie in sherry for 2 hours.
Put the brie in a baking dish close to the size and shape of the brie along with 2 to 3 tablespoon of the sherry.
Bake 15-30 minutes at 325 degrees or until the brie melts.
Put chopped pecans or slivered almonds on top. Serve on Bremner crackers or thin slices of French bread.
