2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
2 cups vegetable oil
1/4 confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. In large mixing bowl stir together the eggs and mild. Add mixture to the egg mixture and beat with a mixer until smooth. Consistency should be thing enough to run through a small squirt bottle. if to thin add flour...if to thick add milk. Heat oil to 360. Squirt mixture in a circlular motion and fry until golden brown. Flip and cook for one minute. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
