4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2. c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste.
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

In a small bowl blend mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice sugar, salt and pepper. In a large bowl combine other ingredients. Gently toss the mayonnaise mixture in with the ingredients in the large bowl and chill for atleast 2 hours. Just before serving mix in chow mein noodles. Turn salad into a lettuce lined serving bowl.
