1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup fresh blueberries
12 ounces white chocolate
1 teaspoon orange zest
cup heavy cream, warmed

Blend walnuts, 1 stick of butter, sugar, flour, zest and egg until combined well and press mixture into an 11 inch tart pan. Freeze shell 15 minutes. Bake shell in preheated oven at 375 F for 25-30 minutes. Cool shell. Fill shell with 3 cups of blueberries. Melt chocolate and whisk in cream and remaining stick of butter. Whisk until smooth. Spread chocolate mixture over blueberries. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with walnuts.
