3 1/2 lbs. green cabbage, trimmed & cored, shredded
1 med. green pepper, grated
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil

In large plastic bowl, mix and add cabbage, pepper, onion, and carrot. Mix together in separate container: the tsp of salt, celery salt, & dry mustard. Spread on top of salad. DO NOT MIX!

Combine in sauce pan and bring to a boil: vinegar, oil, & the cup of sugar. Pour over salad. Refrigerate overnight.
