1 1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
3 tsp yeast

1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4-5 cups flour

Directions:
Add first three ingredients and stand 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Let rest for about 5 minutes. Roll and fit into two large pizza pans. Prepare pizza sauce and toppings as desired. But allow pizza to slightly rest and raise. Approximately 1 hour.

A nice touch is to add a little oil about 1-2 tbsp to pizza pan and than sprinkle cornmeal onto pan before adding dough. Doing this reminds me of the pizza that McDonald's used to make in the 1990's.
