2 med./lg. heads of cabbage
1 1/2 lb of ground beef
3 cups of white rice
2 lg. cans of tomato soup
salt & pepper to taste

Boil cabbage ( microwave faster 27 min cover micro bowl) Mix gd. beef with rice,let rice a little sticky.
Let cabbage cool as you get the second head of cabbage ready.Core the cabbage and peel leaves back.Take cooled cabbage and roll meat mixture to fill.Continue the same procedure with second head of cabbage. Place rolled cabbage wraps in large roaster, (needs room to cook between rolls) cover with tomato soup, cover with aluminum foil and cook @325 degrees for approx. 3/3 1/2 hours
