2 bunches broccoli
1 sm.-med. red onion
1 lb. bacon (fry or microwave)

¼ c. vinegar
½ c. sugar
1 c. Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up broccoli into florets. Use half way down the stalks but remove the outer tough skin layer. Add chopped onion.
Mix the vinegar, sugar and Miracle Whip together. Fold this into the broccoli mixture above.

***If make the night before, flavors blend very well. Do not add the bacon until right before serving, or up to one hour as the bacon will absorb the dressing and become soggy.
