3 c. all-purpose flour, divided
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. (1/4 oz.) quick-rise yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1 egg
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 c. flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In a saucepan, heat milk, butter and water to 120. Add to dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Add egg and remaining flour; beat until smooth. Shape into a ball. Do not knead. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll dough into a rectangular shape.

In a bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread the butter over dough; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 until browned.
