6 lbs pork roast
1 1/2 tbsp Hawaiian sea salt
1 tbsp liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce pork all over with carving fork/knife. Rub salt & liquid smoke over roast. Put roast into slow cooker. Cook on low for 16 - 20 hours, turning once during cooking. Remove meat, shred, and add drippings as needed to moisten.
