6 -14 or 15 ounce can of diced new potatoes
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped while hot
2 medium sized onions, chopped
1 lb thin sliced bacon, fried crisp
1/4 cup vinegar (to taste)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the bacon in skillet and fry until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. In a 1 cup measuring cup add vinegar and some bacon dripping (to taste). Heat up and pour over the potatoes, eggs, crumbled up bacon and onions which have been tossed together with seasonings. Heat through and serve.
