2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 lg. can undrained crushed pineapple
1/2 cup toasted coconut
1/2 cup walnuts

1 stick butter - room temp
1 8 oz. block cream cheese - room temp
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar - sifted
1/2 c. walnuts - chopped (optional)
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Combine all ingredients and mix with a fork.
Bake in 9" x 13" greased and floured cake pan at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes.

For icing - beat together first 3 ingredients. Add powdered sugar until smooth. Add walnuts and coconut. Frost cooled cake.

This is one cake that always gets eaten to the last bite!
