1/4 cup finely chopped hot red chili or jalopeno pepper
1 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
6 oz bottle of certo
3 cups sugar
a few drops of food coloring

Bring all ingrediants to a boil. Cool until it forms a ball in cold water.
