La uva se desgrana y se lava.

Por cada 4 tazas de uvas echar:
½ taza de agua
1 manzana cortada en cuatro
especería (si se desea)
1/3 taza de vinagre
1 palo de canela
½ cucharita de clavo de olor sin la cabeza

Directions:
Directions:
Hervir las uvas hasta que pierdan su color. Colar con ayuda de una gasa y exprimir bien.

Por cada taza de jugo de uvas echarle ¾ a 1 taza de azúcar, dependiendo que tan dulce se desee. Poner al fuego hasta que tome punto.

Sólo cocinar de 4 tazas a la vez.
