2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
2 8oz pkgs of Cream Cheese
3/4c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk
Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Spread 1 package of rolls on cookie sheet flattening to a square. Put cream cheese mix on top of it and then roll out the other can of rolls and place on top pinching sides together. Whip egg white and spread on top . Bake at 350º 20 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
