Mariscos al gusto:
1 kilo Conchas grandes
1/2 Langostinos
½ kilo de calamares
2 tomates maduros
2 poros grandes
2 cebollas picadas fino
Ajo picado
Ají amarillo molido
2 a 3 Cucharadas de culantro molido
¾ taza de aceite
½ taza de caldo
Pizca de azúcar
Sal, pimienta
1 kilo arroz graneado con choclo y arverjitas

Directions:
Se calienta el aceite y se doran las cebollas; luego se le añaden los poros picados y el ajo. Se agregan los tomates, se mezclan y se le echa el aji y culantro molido al gusto. Una vez todo bien unido, se vierte el caldo necesario y al final el azúcar. Esta salsa se puede preparar el día anterior.

Minutos antes de servir se calienta la salsa y se le echan los mariscos para que cocinen poco.

Aparte se prepara un rico arroz con choclo y arverjitas. Sobre el arroz se vierte las salsa con los mariscos y se le da unas vueltas con cuidado. Debe quedar muy jugoso.

Se decora con tiras de pimientos, ramas de perejil.
