Puré de Lentejas Recipe

1/2 kilo de lentejas
1 zanahoria entera
1 cebolla entera
1 taza de leche
2 Cucharadas de mantequilla
½ taza de crema de leche
3 dientes de ajo

Remojar las lentejas en agua fresca por 2 horas y luego colarlas.

Hervir las lentejas en agua con sal, echarle la zanahoria, cebolla y ajo enteros. Cocinar a fuego lento con olla tapada hasta que las lentejas estén muy tiernas. Retirar la zanahoria, cebolla y ajos.

Colar las lentejas y pasarlas por el colador, de esta forma sólo queda la comidita y la cascara sale.

Calentar suavemente las lentejas y echarles la mantequilla, leche y crema de leche ya calientes, para hacer el puré. Sazonar al gusto.
