¼ taza vinagre
¼ taza de cebolla picadita
½ cucharadita de sal
Pimienta

Con esta salsa se remojan los steaks y se dejan reposar un par de horas.

1 diente de ajo molido
¼ taza de vinagre
¾ taza de ketchup
1 cucharadita mostaza en polvo
1 cucharada de salsa inglesa
½ cucharadita de azúcar

Se mezcla todo y se pone en un pomo. Con esta salsa se pincelean las carnes cuando están en la parrilla
