1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 c. butter
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg together leaving batter a bit lumpy. Melt butter in a pie plate; pour batter on top of it. Bake at 425º for 20 minutes or until golden and puffy. Sift powdered sugar on top. Serve at once with maple syrup.

This has always been a favorite at our house. I usually make two at a time. Because it is like one huge pancake, the kids named it after Minnesota's Paul Bunyan.
