2 C sliced carrots
1/2 onion finely chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
1 2 lb. brick velvetta cheese
1/4 C butter
2 C diced cooked chicken
1 can evaporated milk
2 C diced potatoes
1 bag of frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Fill large pot with water and add chicken, carrots, onion, and celery. Boil until vegetables are almost tender. Add 2 C diced potatoes and a bag of frozed peas if desired. Cook until potatoes are soft. In a separate pan place 1 can evaporated milk and the velveeta cheese diced in chunks. Melt slowly. When melted add to chicken and begetables. May need to thicken with flour paste.
