3 medium onions chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
5 stalks celery chopped
1/2 C olive oil
1/2 C shopped fresh parsley
1 cloves masked garlic
2 14 oz cans tomato puree
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 cup white wine - dry
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Bay Leaf
8-10 Salmon steaks

Directions:

In large pan saute onions, pepper & celery in olive oil until limp.
Stir in parsley and garlic and until coated.

Simmer for 1 hour, stir off and on
Put Salmon in baking pan, pour sauce over (without Bay Leaf) and bake for 30 minutes @ 350 deg
