1- 18 oz yellow cake mix
1/2 cup softened butter
3 eggs
1 - 16 oz powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
9 oz Philadelphia cream cheese

Crust:
Spray a 9X13 pan generously with Pam.
Blend cake mix, butter, 1 egg, on low speed until well moistened. Mix on medium speed for and additional 2 minutes. Pat mixture into bottom and sides of pain and set aside.

Filling Mix
Cream the cheese with electric mix until fluffy, add remaining eggs to cheese and mix well. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix on low speed until well blended. Pour over crust and bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes or until the top of cake is golden brown. Allow to cool and topping to set before cutting.
