10 Chicken Breast Strips
4-5 Large Broccoli Heads
1 Can Cream of Broccoli Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Bags of Instant Bag Rice
1 Bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or mix of Cheddar/American/Swiss, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil bag rice as directed, mix in glass baking pan with chopped broccoli, cream of broccoli soup, and cream of chicken soup. Lay chicken breast strips on top of mixture. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes. Remove from oven and add cheese, covering the entire top of the casserole. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.

I like to mix the chicken into the rice and broccoli after it cooks before I add the cheese and bake again. This allows the chicken to cook better the first time in the oven, but then makes it so that the cheese is not melted directly onto the chicken the second time.
