4 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine apple and sugar and set for 1 hour. Add remaming ingredients. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
