2 lbs cabbage
1 bullion cube dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 12 oz can corned beef cut into 8 slices
2 T margerine
1 tsp dry mustard
2 T flour
1 1/2 c. milk
salt, pepper and parsely to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cut cabbage in 8 wedges (remove core). Arrange in circle in a large skillet. Add bullion and cover for 5 minutes. Arrange beef between cabbage wedges and cover and simmer another 10 minutes. Melt margerine and blend in flour, mustard and gradually add milk and cook until thick. Season to taste.
