3 to 5 lbs. chicken wings, Cut tips off chicken wings. Separate chicken wings into little drum sticks and wings.
Clean all parts.

Broil on one side until crusty. Turn and broil on other side until crusty. Coat each side with seasonings.....BarBQ,
soy sauce, garlic salt, or salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
