4 oz. creamed cheese softened
3 tbsp. mayonaise
1 tbsp. white wine
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Worchestershire
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
chopped parsley, crackers, melba toast, or apple slices
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese with all other ingredients except parsley,
crackers, or apples. Shape into ball roll in pecan meal.
Place on serving plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with crackers, melba toast, or apples.
