8 oz fresh or frozen shrimp
8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
3 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
12 oz angel hair pasta
1 cup green onions, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 tsp corn starch
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 yellow summer squash, sliced
2 small red bell pepper, julienne

In a small bowl combine cx broth, soy sauce, ginger and corn starch. Set aside. Cut chicken into 3/4" pieces. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, and saute red pepper for 1 1/2 min. Add the sliced squash and cook for 2 min. Add the green onions and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Remove the vegetables from skillet. Stir fry the chicken pieces for 2 min., and then add the shrimp for 2 more minutes. Push chicken and shrimp to edge of pan, stir the broth mixture, and add to center of pan. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Return the vegetables to the pan, and cook for 1 minute to heat through. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta.
